Brooke uses a relaxed and relational approach to therapy in order to make people feel comfortable, safe and understood. She acknowledges that people have their own internal resources to heal and that counselling is a tool used to support people to build upon these resources and identify their strengths and values . She is passionate that everyone has the right to heal, feel safe, learn more about themselves and have the opportunity to change.

Brooke recognises that everyone is unique and the therapeutic modalities will differ for different needs. Brooke uses a neurobiological approach to treating trauma, understanding that often trauma is held in the body and often people need more than only words to be able to move through challenges.
